My Life in Pictures: Tilting at Windmills

Last week I posted about my first major breakdown.  This week’s picture was taken on the same trip just a few days before the breakdown.  We were riding through west Texas.  There’s not much to west Texas except the windmills.  They line the road out there like sentinels.  I find them beautiful and a little terrible, like the hammer from Pink Floyd’s The Wall.  

At one point Mr. Man pulled us over to take a break and get pictures.  Thanks to my super zoom I had and some great software, I was able to walk away with one of my favorite images.  Here are the stats:
